Soda has become a staple of meals for all of us. It’s sweet, bubbly, and mixes with pretty much everything. It’s fair to say that it’s one of Americans favorite things to drink during meals. But what people don’t realize is that it can negatively affect you more than you realize. Most people have no idea that more than sugar goes into it. I stopped drinking water for a while and after 2 or 3 weeks, the changes were very apparent. I felt way better on a daily basis. While I did have to go to the bathroom way more often by drinking water, but I just felt like there was way more pep in my step. When I drank seltzer, I would totally forget about soda and enjoy the carbonation from the seltzer and it even came in the same flavors as my favorite sodas. Eventually, I was just forgetting about soda and only going for water. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made in quite a while.
